Ficksburg ABSA incompetence

I have been dealing with Bettie Miennie at ABSA Ficksburg to open a current account and a Cash Invest Tracker account for my company. Bettie is super fast and highly efficient. We were waiting for the funds to show in the current account upon which Bettie would immediately move it into the investment account so that I do not lose any interest. Unfortunately Bettie is on leave now but she assured me that Lynn Olivier would watch the account and move the funds immediately when it appears. Yesterday morning the funds appeared in the account and very early I emailed Lynn Olivier as well as Bettie's support Francinah Msibi to please ensure that the funds are moved immediately. Of course I had NO response from either of them and the funds are still in the current account. Unfortunately it seems that there is only one competent employee and she is now on leave. So please try and get another competent person, maybe the branch manager, to sort this out immediately. I also expect to be paid interest since yesterday, 11 July. I do hope you discipline *********** staff otherwise nothing will change.
