Fica verification for credit card

My absa credit card was delivered which I activated it successfully but whenever I try to make any purchase or withdrawal it says fica verification. I visited my nearest absa branch here inTzaneen and the consultant put me thru to the fica department which I then emailed my proof of address and ID yesterday I got an email saying it's been verified but I can't still do anything with the card please I need this to get sorted
