FICA takes 2 hours in total
<p>Irene mall branch offline again therefore waste 30 mins. Southdowns wait 45 minutes in queue as only one customer services desk is open. Takes another 45 minutes to process FICA for two accounts of my children. Process tedious, scanners faulty. Staff tried </p>
