Fica...still not sorted

<p>I gave a review last week, I complaind about the fact that I already gave all my documents for fica and still I am being harassed to bring the stuff. Someone rep**** to my complaint and asked for my id and phone number which I then rep**** to them and guess what this has still not been sorted out. I want someone to please explain to me why nothing is being done about my problem. </p>
