Fica requirements

I assist my wife Dr M M Botha who is the treasurer of Maria van Riebeeck Klub & Help Die Kind Fonds. She received an sms to het cell *** requesting that she contact her relationship banker regarding FICA requirements. What a mission firstly to contact the said banker and secondly to establish what documentation is required. It should be noted that documentation was submitted in July last year. Nothing was said that documentation for Help Die Kind Fonds was still required! It is a nightmare. We are only too happy to assist in providing what is required. All we need is clarity regarding this.
