fica problem 69

I encountered a FICA PROBLEM 69 when attempting a withdrawal from my business account. Similarly, There has been no notification of account about to be blocked what so ever not even a mailed letter. I contacted the call centre and was only told that had to register with FICA, i cannot even go to the normal teller to sort it out or even access my funds. They tell to book an appointment only. How do i run my business? When i cannot even withdraw money to even fill fuel in my vehicle.
