FICA on account without notice!

<p>My credit card was simply frozen with no notice that they require FICA!</p> <p>I walk into my closest branch onto to see they are closed due to renovations with no indication of when they will open again.</p> <p>i then uploaded the correct documents on their website which freezes intermittently.</p> <p>I call in to the call centre and email the FICAhelp centre, no response from the FICAhelp email address and i wait for over 20 minutes on the phone for the call centre.</p> <p>Pathetic service!! ABSA-Before you attempt innovation structures, try to get the basics right!</p>
