FICA of a Late Estate

I open a late deceased estate account for my dad with Absa as he banked with them for most of his life on the 25 November 2015. We have been up and down to the branch resubmitting the same documents over and over +- 15 times. We have gone to the branch twice a week since January 2016. It is just under 3 months and I finally received a sms on 9 February 2016 at 17:16pm advising that the account was FICA'd. Only to get to the branch on 10 February 2016 to be advised that the FICA status has not been lifted. I sat with the consultant for over an hour this morning and she was still unable to help after all her calls to the call center requesting a contact number for team leaders contact numbers at the FICA centers. When asking who we can escalate to we were advised that there is no one that can assist. To whom or where do we go from here as we are given the run around at branch level. It has costed me a pretty penny with all the running around. Who can help us now. I trust and hope that this complaint will reach the relevant dept. and the issue will be resolved
