FICA not done despite visiting the bank with all the documents needed

I visited ABSA Bisho in the Eastern Cape to do FICA update on the 29th April 2025 @ 13:00. The service was excellent the staff was friendly and very helpful however they said the FICA was updated and and it will take 20 Min to an hour. Today its the 30th @ 18: 27 FICA hold is still on my accounts and I am still not able to access my app. Can someone please lift the FICA Hold on my accounts. i fear it might turn into a situation like FNB where it took 12 days to lift a FICA hold on a business account where we had to visit the back several times to be able to get help with no luck everyone saw the documents but no one could lift the hold.
