Fica nightmare!

I went to ABSA in October to withdraw money from our Flexi Save on our bond, just to be informed that the account needs to be fica'd and thus been put on hold. I've been trying since then to fica our trust home loans account via email as instructed and advised by ABSA. Each time I have to phone and follow up, no one deems to contact me. Each time there's new requirements or something that still needs to be done. Each time the person at the end of the line promises to get back to me. Needless to say, I'm fed up. I phoned them again last week Friday and they stated they haven't received all the documentation even after I received confirmation of receipt in December!!! I've lost it and logged a complaint. Tuesday someone phones me to say they need the trust deed because the certification on it is 2014. I told her no one said it needs to be certified and I've only send that one because it was the one in my possession. Her answer, it doesn't need to be certified, I can mail the original. I'm sorry but that doesn't make sense to me what so ever. I can then just tipex out the certification stamp and send it to them?!? How will they know... I lost it again and told them they had everything they need and I'm not sending anything futher. If the account isn't from hold I'm going to FNB. I tried the last time today by phoning the complaints department to follow up. The guy had a long list of reasons why the account can not be Fica'd. One of them - "the nature of business isn't acceptable"?!? He couldn't even explain to me what that means. They're sitting with my savings, withdrawing money from my account to pay the applicable bond but I can not access the account?! Can someone please explain this to me after they've reviewed the complaint fully and made sure of their facts. It'll cost me registration costs of a new bond and at this stage I'm willing to do it just to be rid of ABSA and their incompetence and unwillingness to do their jobs.

The same response from all the people I've spoken to at ABSA. Not holding my breath that anything is going to be resolved any time soon if ever!
