Fica Nightmare

I have submitted my fica documents 8 weeks ago and still can't get vetified though my proof of res frim municipal was attached, my id was attached my drivers license was attached.

I called the Absa fica centre 5 tines already during last month and i keep getting told my documents were okay and being uploaded but when i go to the branch i can't get my bank card. I can't use the banking app because i need a card to register as i have lost mine.

The proof of residence i provided via fica docs email is almost expiring with no help. I am a south african resident, born and bred why am i being put through hell?
