FICA My Credit Card
I'm very disappointed with Virgin money card , I recieved my card over 2 weeks and I couldn't use it as I needed to FICA and took my docs to ABSA forgsburg then they sent docs to FICA department till this day nothing has been done I'm told different stories everytime I call Ur Card department , I havent even used the card once but when I checked on internet banking the is already charges on my account . Please advise what is happening I'm contemplating cancel because clearly you guys hire *********** people.
