FICA LOCK-UP LEADING TO UNPAID CHEQUE TO SARS

All correct document was already supp**** during 2015, accepted by the bank as being correct. Dispite this a sudden Fica Lock-up placed on account without informing me last week leading to unpaid cheque to SARS that was paid in on the 28th of August 2015. This creates a poor payment history with SARS while it was not my fault.
