FICA - just close our account please

<p>After being an ABSA business client for more than 10 years, we've been struggling with the FICA requirements for over a year now. Submitted the required documents numerous times but yet the account gets blocked repeatedly without any notification or reason provided. Each time I need to fund the business operaitons out of my own pocket because the account is locked. We finally had enough and opened an account with FNB.</p> <p>Now we just want the account closed and the money in it transferred to FNB. However because the account is blocked the branch won't close it. And again, no one that deals with FICA is getting in touch with us to lift the block.</p> <p>Will someone please contact us and do what's required so that the account can be closed. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
