Fica issue resolved by Kogo at absa cresta

I had a fica issue which lingered for 2 years. Went to absa bank cresta branch and a lady by the name of Kogo assisted. She could not resolve the issue but she logged a call with the helpdesk. She phoned me and updated me with the finding. She requested that i come back into the branch to resolve it once and for all. I went in and she persevered... i cant thank her enough for the assistance....even working till 17:00 after the branch already closed at 15:30. Thank you Kogo, your perseverance, positive attitude and assistance is really appreciated!
