Fica headache

My absa account has been blocked since August they didnt notify me in any email.i was out the country yet every deposit made from november on wards was accepted

now all sudden i cant withdraw my money Went to absa bank gave all documents required for this fica they told me one to 2 days but till now i cant access one cent this is bull****

I have rent to pay And have to buy food for my house i worked hard for my money now i cant even withdraw

This should be ilegal if some one knows another place i can complain to sort out this mess please let me know
