FICA Headache

i am the ownner of small bussiness and have a bank account with absa from 2002.i have done my fica more then 10 times in last 2 years taking my id + proof of residence.I was blocked last week and went there again to give al documents again.what happen today.my accounts been blocked agian as i was standing at petrol garage with a full tank of petrol that i cannot pay for because my accounts been blocked again.i have money in my account but people dont do there work at absa.i had unath of this and will soon close my accounts and move to a bank that can give me the service i deserve because i pay every month a lot of fees to absa but dont get any help solving the problem.
