FICA Error

Dear Sir<br> <br> Please note that I'm currently working at UWC as a full time permanent employee with Exceptional skills status since 2008. I have dealings with ABSA. When I came to South Africa I used my VISA (along with temporary work permit). By the mean time I had app**** for the Permanent Residence Permit. PR permit has been successful and received my PR Permit from the Department of Home Affairs Bellville office and submitted that PR to the concerned bank. Furthermore, I wish to inform you that I had app**** for the ID book nearly seven months ago. The status of my ID is in under processing and Department of Home Affairs also provided my ID No. Still I'm waiting for the ID book. I immediately updated everything on time to the ABSA. Unfortunately, last two days ago I went to the fuel station I filled my fuel. I used my Credit card, do not work and used my debit card that also doesn't work due to FICA Error 69. I tried to phone to the ABSA customer care centre, the officials suggested to meet with nearest ABSA branch. I went to the ABSA Sanlam branch and I explained all but they refused. I need to produce my ID book because my temporary permit has been expired on 31st December 2014.
