Fica error 69

I encountered a FICA ERROR 69 when attempting a withdrawal from my savings account. Similarly, NO notification of account about to be blocked. I contacted the call centre and was only told that had to register with FICA, and supply them with my proof of residence about 2 weeks ago but when i did open the account i had furnished them with that. I then consulted the consultant who opened my account at the branch and they sent me some forms to fill and sent them back and this was on the 12th of February. I made a follow up and I have been making a follow up since then but it hasnt been resolved. Then was told it is because I have a permit that is about to expire that is why I cannot access my funds.<br> <br> Is there a way I can get my money before the permit actually expires? And you can close the account for all I care.<br>
