FICA done but account still not opened
<p>Home loan account at ABSA. Bank blocked the account. Never informed us that documents needed. No communication from ABSA.</p> <p> </p> <p>Submitted all the documents on 22 Nov 2016. Did a follow up on 23rd Nov. Submitted again. </p> <p>Jesaya Kutumla promised this will be esalated becasue the FICA department did not respond</p> <p>It is now Saturday and this is STILL not done.</p> <p>Pathetic service, well actually NO SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!</p>
