FICA DOCUMENTS SENT

Hi<br> <br> I got a notification from Absa saying that i need to FICA. I followed procedure by emailing copy of my ID and proof of address. I even put extra effort in my getting my copy of Id certified and ensuring the proof of address was not later than 3 months. I was on time when submitting these docs knowing that my card would expire on the 12th December 2015.<br> <br> Today, I go to the branch, hoping to collect my card.I could not collect my new card since I needed to submit proof of address again. <br> <br> I would appreciate this get taken up by Management! If Absa says these docs must be emailed, and then I get a notification that someone has READ my email, and then not done anything about it! Wasting 30 minutes waiting in line and petrol to drive to a branch only to get told I have to do the exact same thing I already did a month ago
