Fica docs approved . Fica hold on card almost 5 weeks later.

Fica docs sent by branch courier . Fica updated in August but it's now September and Fica hold not removed . I have spent hours on the phone with call centre , who start the process each time I call . It's a time wasting experience . Yet I owe them card fees. Today 3 calls later , I was promised that the lady handling query will call, no call. I have been pushed from pillar to post here , with wait for tomorrow, or 24 hrs, 48 hrs , but it's weeks and I cannot use the card ,yet they have said all above board ,hold will be removed. I need this done today ,as I cannot wait any longer, for a simple process to remove Fica hold .
