FICA delay
I have submitted FICA documents for an ABSA bank account at The Groove mall on the 9th of July 2025 and I was informed that it will be updated on the 10th of July. On the 10th when I made a follow up, the banker by the name of Tshoane Mapheto apologized for the delay and indicated that it "will be resolved in the morning on Friday the 11th" to date this is still not resolved and it's frustrating because they no longer even respond to emails or answer phone calls.
