FICA confirmaction for credit card taking too long

<p>I have sent through FICA do***ents twice already through the services email and directify at an ABSA and I keep getting different feedback when I call the call centre to let them know that I still can't use the card. Other consultants say that I will receive an email in 24-48 hours and others say that I will receive an sms confirmation in 5-10 days once updated. The call centre has confirmed that they have received the do***ents, so I would just like to know what the delay is all about? Because it is pointless to have a card that you can't use.</p>
