Fica compliance
I am following up on my initial review. I was at first excited by the prompt reply. Unfortunately it was short lived. The Fica matter is far from being resolved. If Absa is looking for Fica compliance they are going about it the wrong way

19 Jul 2023, 18:11I believe that the bank has a long way to go to resolve the problem with the Klubs Fica compliance. The Klub is very anxious to assist but have a problem with the Relationship Banker understanding exactly the current compliance status and whether any action is indeed necessary
