FICA catch 22

Absa advised me that I must FICA and that I have 14 days to do it -- fair enough.<br> They also have the facility for me to email the documents to them -- even better.<br> BUT, it takes up to 14 working days for them to notify me that the email was received an processing completed.<br> On the 15 working day I could be surprised to find my bank accounts closed.<br> So basically it looks like Absa are forcing me to go to a branch.<br>
