FICA After Hours Message

To my surprise without any warning - sms or other communique, when I tried using my cards last night to draw money I could not due to a FICA message displayed on the ATM screen. This subsequently resulted in me driving around to obtain cash almost resulting me stopping next to the road without petrol. This is the ABSA who approved vehicle Finance without requesting me to FICA, this is the ABSA who increased my Credit Card limit without a FICA and when I am desperate at night to fill my car with petrol and without putting my life in danger by trying to prevent from standing next to the road without petrol .... ABSA puts me in a very compromising position. If it was not for me having cash at home I would have had a very bad experience.
