FICA admin problems

I am the Managing Agent for body Hazyview Body Corporate and we have been banking with Absa for more than 10 years. 4 years ago, our account was blocked by FICA due to their systems not registering that we were up to date. 3 years in a row I was forced to Fica for our account.<br> <br> Last year in May, I FICA'ed our account at Reds Mall. since then it was locked 4 times by FICA. No amount of actual visits or phoning the FICA admin through their call centres could sort this problem out. They do not even call back.<br> <br> This is forcing me to go to another competing bank, as I feel I am being treated like trash. They can't sort out their problem and the do not respond to their cleints. Nor do they give any feedback.
