Fica

I went to Absa Cresta branch to fica my profile . I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he advise that I should do it by my self cause it’s quicker if he does it on his side will take longer. I was furious cause I’ve waited on the line for over 45minutes. Eventually I’ve send the document that was the 3rd of June 2022 until today my profile has not been updated. Standard bank and NEDBANK are far better banks than Absa. Just to Fica a profile can take this long. I’m really disappointed.
