FICA

FICA !! I have been blocked for the third time this year on documentation for a Trust that has been banking with ABSA for 32 year We have no overdrafts and loans. They want documentation on Trustees from 32 years ago and keep on asking the same information and make fault on their side, but still block our account over month ends. No integrity in this company. I have personal accounts, business accounts and bonds that have been paid back over periods of 40 years, with you earning interest, fees, etc of over a million Rand and this is how you treat good customers. I am really disappointed in this organization and this is not a branch level problem.
