FICA

For the Last couple of Weeks ABSA has been phoning me to go and stand in a Que to do my FICA to confirm my Address for them. Unfortunately I moved out of my House and bought a new property, While we where in the process of buying the property one of the owners died. After that was sorted the erf Number was wrong and the Bank (My home loan is through ABSA) ask that we do the papers over. To make a long story short I have been staying Six Months in this house. That is what I explained to them. On a number of occasions this friendly ladies told me I must Fill in a form and give it to the lady at Inquiries. Okay I went to ABSA at Sandridge. The lady was friendly enough to give me a Affidavit after I explained myself again. She gave me two forms. Apparently you are not allowed to make a mistake. With a half hearted explanation and and a email address [Email Removed]<br> I must fill this form in and sent it to the above mentioned email. a Week later (today 08/02/2016) I got another email that I have to go to my branch or email [Email Removed] for assistance. I am not sure what is going on at ABSA. Your People are ***********. I am not going to stand in a que to be chased from point a
