Fica

I opened savings accounts about six months ago for my 2 children. For a month everything was fine and after that I have been receiving sms's to please bring prove of residence, birth certificates and my id. They need to Fica the accounts. <br> <br> As from today have been to Mayville Branch 3 times will all the necessary paperwork, and once a week I keep on receiving these sms's. I keep on phoning the Mayville branch to please sort this out ... Friday I send an email to please get this sorted, as this is getting very irritating. No feedback from either of the 2 branches. <br> <br> If this is not sorted out by tomorrow I am going to close all my accounts with ABSA!
