FICA

Got a notice about a month ago on internet banking that I must FICA. Went to Mall@Reds only to find out that they are offline, went the next Saturday and found out that they are still offline and have been for the past 6 weeks. So a week later I tried Valhalla branch. After 45 minutes wait I am told that they cant FICA me with the water and lights account and a letter from my landlord. The same letter and water account that I have FICAd with 8 months ago when I bought a vacant land (this is not my residential address), the address on the system is still the same, no, the account must be in my name. I don't have a cellphone contract, no clothing account, car is paid for, no other accounts. - What now ??? I was told to bring a statement from Capitec bank to FICA. Guess what, at Capitec I have used the same letter and the same water and lights account to FICA. How can this be so difficult? What do they do with their other tenants that does not own property? Close their accounts as well? Flabbergasted. . . .
