FFS STILL THE SAME PROBLEM

Sent a complaint via this site 6 DAYS ago and all I got from Absa to date is a reference number (***) not even a phone call. Ended up going to the bank last week Wednesday to have my account unblocked and to my surprise my account has been blocked today again, cant draw money, cant transfer money NOTHING. Cannot even give my daughter R50 for her puppet show at holiday school tomorrow because I cant access MY money. This is effing bull **** and im actually at my wits end. ABSA YOU ARE BEYOND USELESS AND U HAVE A BUNCH OF IDIOTS WORKING IN YOUR FICA DEPARTMENT. DO NOT Send me a email telling me u are investigating with a reference number because it does not resolve anything. GET SOMEONE WITH BRAINS TO CONTACT ME
