Fees ****.

Yesterday I opened an Absa transact with a monthly fee of R5.50. I then transfered R10 000 from my FNB account to that account. When it gets to my account my balance is already R20 less before I even start using this account. Secondly, When I was at the branch yesterday toopen this account, we banking app and I asked the lady who opened my account to activate my limits. She said I must go she will activate on her side later. I specifically confirmed that she will do it so that I don't have to take time off work again and get this done. She assured me not to worry and that my limits will be sorted. I am sitting here with 2 frustrations. 1. I cannot make payments from my app because my limits are sitting on zero, 2. There is already a charge from my account when I have not even begin to use it. So, I am stuck.
