Feedback on time as promised

I would really like to thank Kgomotso for giving me constant feedback and keeping to her promises, she gave her best in trying to assist even though at the end the decision was beyond her control, wishing her all the best and to continue giving her best to other clients as am considering to cut ties with the bank after such a long time, I don't understand why I was offered something then after I consider then my application is declined like really, why give me an offer to start with? once again Kgomotso thank you.
