Feedback on Staff

Your manager at the Sandton branch by the name of Solly has 'apparently' put in a request to help me find a copy of a direct deposit made in September 2016 at the branch. As I know it is unlikely to be found, I don't mind being told so as a conclusion. However he leaves me in limbo saying he's still requesting it even though I've asked for a copy of the email request as proof which he hasn't given me. It has been over 3 weeks and I return regularly for an update which he still says is forthcoming. I would just like some formal confirmation as to whether the request has really been put through or if a copy of my deposit is impossible to find.
