Feedback on G4S Provident Fund

I have been struggling for weeks now to get someone at ABSA to give me a date of my payout and the amount. Because apparently the amount had changed. I am seriously so sick and tired of this financial institute. I would not recommend ABSA to my worst enemy, clearly they have enough clients they don't want anymore, well trust me they will definately never ever get me. It is my sons 6th Birthday Tuesday on st Patricks Day and now that this money has taken so long everything is spoilt. I am beyond annoyed with this whole situation. I will keep recording messages as I would want people all over to know what a bad institute ABSA is!!
