After numerous emails and talking to numerous of your call center people. After explaining continuously her situation. I don't get any answers regarding my wife's vehicle. I need to know whats going to happen to her vehicle??? She went for a standard thyroid surgery that went horribly wrong. Her heart stopped for 7 – 10 minutes. She was in ICU and High Care for 2 weeks. Oxygen stopped to her brain. She suffered severe brain damage. (Post Anoxic Encephalopathy) Because of that she finds it difficult to speak. She currently receives rehab She has been boarded by her employer. No income! I, her husband is under debt review as well. She does not receive an income and is medically unfit. We are not married in community of property She was under debt review, some unknown reason the debt Councillor removed all policies from her accounts with the proposal. Which I only find out recently. (Cannot believe that this isn’t against the law) I still have to pay for her medical aid and medication monthly. (she cannot be without) We have an 8-year-old daughter. I must pawn, sell stuff monthly for us to survive There is a case of medical negligence being investigated. I have sent Dr letters, letters from her attorney etc.… She cannot pay anything, with my salary we hardly survive. I am at the end of my rope here THIS IS NOT SOMETHING ANYBODY ASKS FOR! What is going to happen with her vehicle. Please let me know!
