Feedback failure

<p>I wrote a report about absa and they responded to me as if they will help me. But what they did is act concerned and be as helpful as they can be then drop me. Apparently there is a lady by the name of Liezel who was supposed to contact me. But till today there is no word from her . I keep on calling them everyday but no one picks up the phone. I don't like to be played for a fool because they stole from me and now they are playing hide and seek. It should not be difficult for them to make the quotation as I drive a Mazda which was brand new when I bought it, so all they need to is to contact Mazda parts department for some of the things they need to compensate me for and it's not difficult to find out petrol prices to replace my petrol. As for the small items, there are also shops that sell those things. The next person to call me must do their damn job.</p>
