Fed up with Absa Home loans

Am writing this with a heavy heart my husband and I have been trying to get absa to send us the settlement amount on our home loan our account is owing due to the pandemic and has been handed over for that reason however we have been paying our monthly mortgage accordingly however over six weeks ago me and my husband have agreed to sell but absa is not coming forth with the settlement amount and we are being taken from pillar to post and the amounts given to us about 8 weeks ago does not add up am fed up with Absa because they are slowing down our process of selling this house this has been the worst service we have recieved.
