Fed up with ABSA and worst branch at Cradlestone

Absa bank your client services is as usual pathetic. I was at the bank yesterday for 2 hours to find out why you see fit to take R7 000 from my account for your journal. No answer was given I was only given the number of the attorney who supposedly is dealing with my personal loan. Well I phoned them today and they do not even know about me. I then phoned several attorneys that deal with collections. None of them either have me listed or have taken R 7000 for ABSA! ABSA if you are taking/ *****ing from your client you know what the consequences will be. I just want to add that ABSA Cradlestone is the most useless pathetic bank in South Africa.
