FED-UP: UNAUTHORISED JOURNAL DEBIT WITHOUT CONSENT

I am beyond mad!! Once again Absa just "TAKES" money from my account WITHOUT AUTHORISATION OR EVEN CONTACTING ME. I have an arrangement with LGR Attorneys, payment of R500 was made YESTERDAY 24 June 2022 and proof of payment sent to Mariette Horn. Last nigh an UNAUTHORISED journal debit was debited against my account for R15 646.18 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!! Why is Absa allowed to do this? Is it not my HUMAN RIGHT to know what fees and what debits are put through my account. Isn't it part of the CONSUMER Law to have DETAILS? This has happened so many times and every time I am being apologised to - then I have to wait more than 2 days for the journal to be passed (but they take funds immediately) just for it to happen again. Why are payment arrangements been made and set for A SPECIFIC DATE if ABSA authorises themself to take it whenever it suits them. Must I let this account go dormant and move to another bank because Absa does not respect their customers. This has been the last straw, it has gone to far. How will I pay my rent and my car if they take the last cent in your account WITHOUT PERMISSION? Previously I was able to transfer funds directly to the loan account but ABSA stopped my access and I couldnt make a payment directly to the personal loan account. Absa changes from one attorney to the other like I change my underwear. My last arrangement was make on 9 May with Titus and he told me to pay my instalment as agreed in my loan account (which I no longer have access to) and use my ID number as reference....uhhhh cannot work - transaction denied. *********** staff, "always changing" attorneys....I have had enough. Resolved or not I am taking this matter WAY ABOVE everyone.
