Fed up part 2

We do understand now the pricing of the Silver student account we read threw it but now the money i have to pay in my sons account will be taken thanks for nothing Absa you people can never resolve our complaints Absa's employees are always right and the customer is always wrong. This is wrong now my son doesn't even want to close his account and he wants to bank with Absa but anyway i will probably have to pay this account.
