fed up

I'm really fed up with this bank. If there is one thing they know is to mess up ones account. I have a 200 deduction that is spposedly for unit trusts. It goes out evry week. I mean really... I set it up to go once a month but no every week absa decides to take this money. I wonder if it even goes to this unit trust or its just a lie. Nx. There was a 500 deduction for credit card which doesn't even appear on my credit car transactions. What exactly is absa doind? If u r tired of me as a customer just say so. There are better banks out there who respect customers and treat them well. Right now my bond debit order was rejected because of these unauthorised deductions. YOU PEOPLE ARE PATHETIC. THIS IS JUST A SORRY EXCUSE FOR A BANK NX!
