Faulty Card

I went to Ghandi Square to get a new card coz my current card was cancelled by Absa for no reason they claimed that it had expired but it was only expiring 2017. I Spend 4 hours in the que. They provided me with the new Card and the new Card is still not working I tried to call Absa they told me the card is blocked, I need to go back to the Branch. Ghandi Square is forever offlibe , I am beginning to question Absa'a *********** systems. I am changing banks this is in heard off
