Faulty ATM

I went to withdraw money from ATM in store, it returned my card, saying transaction has been cancelled and immediately it displayed, ATM is offline. Quickly I went into the branch, they assisted me in logging complaint. I was expecting their response after five working days, but on my surprise, their response was quick. The money was credited back into my account, within 3 business days. I really appreciate that. I would like to advice other clients out there that if such a disaster can struck you, please follow the right procedure you will be assisted. Keep on the good work, to make customers happy, that shows commitment and excellent service rendering. Thank you.
