Fantastic Service - Hugo Denysschen and Ina Raath

<p>I have been with Absa for the past 19 years and recently app**** for a home loan. Hugo Denysschen from the Glen Marais branch assisted us in obtaining the bond and helped us step by step through getting everything sorted. Then we were made aware by Ina Raath from the Home loans department that someone else had also contacted Absa for a home loan on the property we were enquiring about. As our offer was signed first Hugo immediately advised us that the other offer should have been kept back for the duration we were granted to get financing in order. Immediately Hugo got a hold of the Agent with whom we signed and advised her to ensure that the other buyers pull back their instruction in order to allow us to continue. This did finally happen after much persuasion and discussions between the Agency and Hugo; however it left us with merely 3 days to get the bond approved. Ina jumped in immediately and assisted as best she could and together these two dedicated people made it happen. Our bond was approved before the expiration of our offer to purchase and we were able to buy our dream home. Hugo and Ina the two of you did way more than what was required, you went above and beyond your normal duty and we are very grateful. It is due to people like Hugo and Ina that Absa customers stay with Absa and keep choosing to bank with Absa even if other banks try to offer more enticing deals.</p>
