I would like to again comment on the excellent services I received from Sinenhlanhla Dlamini from Absa policy admin. She assisted me professionally with my query and as I requested my policy documents, within 2 minutes of the call they came through.
She has my appreciation, and it is because of her exceptional service that I am writing this complement to you in recognition of a job well done.
