Falure to update Transunion has now affected my cr

I have a personal loan with Absa that went into self elected debt review, I am currently paid up and in fact in credit with the account, the loans dept has not updated my trans union info for 2 years and as of July 2015 completely stopped with info to trans union, This now shows that I have a poor Credit record were it is in fact clean and up to date with all suppliers. this total disregard for the control and accurate reporting of information has now been a negative impact and has affected my personal finances. I will be taking this to the credit regulator if there is no feedback or solution to fixing this.
